Eventcombo is excited to announce their partnership with Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute (Amii) to go global with AI/ML for Event Tech.
The partnership is aimed at providing event organizers, traditionally a very laborious responsibility, with the most advanced features to help make the event lifecycle more efficient and easier to manage for executing successful events. Using the latest capabilities in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning, Eventcombo identified several use cases with common pain points to build real-world solutions with the application of AI/ML.
The endeavor promises an expansion of event management capabilities with advanced tools to create events faster, create and assign agendas and sessions with much less data entry and multiple clunky screens all the way to analyzing attendee behavior, tracking event metrics, predicting attendee engagement levels, buyer & seller matchmaking and streamlining practically every phase of the event lifecycle. The insights obtained will help event organizers scale faster and perform manual tasks easily with a simple input interface, realizing newly discovered bandwidth to apply to strategy and attendee experience rather than arduous tasks.
Additionally, AI/ML will also help event professionals support much-needed sustainability goals by smartly optimizing resource usage, be it for logistics or marketing, without compromising on attendee experience.
To recognize the partnership, Cam Linke, CEO of Amii, said “We are excited to work with an ambitious company like Eventcombo. Amii thrives in working with clients across industries and this project is a great example of how AI can be applied to event management to achieve impactful results.”
Saroosh Gull, CEO of Eventcombo summarized the announcement by acknowledging the support of the community in Edmonton for Amii’s partnership. “We had some of the brightest and most disruptive minds supporting the launch of this initiative. We are excited about what can be achieved with Amii to help advance Event Tech.”
