Problem

PHP approached Eventcombo to overcome the challenges they faced while organizing their mega sized corporate marketing events. PHP had planned several multi-day events targeting specific groups of attendees, including top management officials, marketing directors, sales VPs, and new directors. To ensure a seamless experience, PHP emphasized the need for a fully business-object oriented platform, tailored to their requirements, providing a cohesive experience for groups of attendees to engage with their event programming. API integration with PowerBI for capturing and managing real-time registration data was a top priority along with payment integration with 3rd party payment gateway solutions.
