The Shyft Group (Nasdaq: SHYF), formerly known as Spartan Motors, is an American automobile design company that designs, engineers and manufactures specialty chassis, specialty vehicles, truck bodies and aftermarket parts for the recreational vehicle (RV), government services, and delivery and service markets. It is currently headquartered in Novi, Michigan and has 3,000 employees.

Problem Statement

The Shyft Group hosted a series of events to unveil its new electric Blue Arc delivery vans with a show & tell, offering a test drive and more to its partners, investors and stakeholders. TSG was seeking a customized registration experience with a hyper-focused experience for its high net worth, high touch audience and participants.

Solution

Eventcombo created a deeply customized experience utilizing TSG brand assets. For the actual registration experience, Eventcombo curated a complex landing page for the series of three high touch events giving registrants a sleek experience to register within 15-30 seconds while signing a digital waiver. In addition, Eventcombo provided custom reporting with automatic daily reporting notifications for a complete end-to-end event management solution.

Results

The Shyft Group hosted a series of successful corporate events for its investors, partners and stakeholders showcasing a new electric vehicle using state-of-the-art registration experience where attendees were able to register within 15-30 seconds through a sleek, yet simple branded interface. In addition, TSG had access to data and analytics post event to measure the success of the programming for future planning purposes.
