San Diego’s 4th Veg Festival will take place Sunday October 1, 2017 from 10 am to 10 pm. The event will be held at the San Diego Public Library in Downtown. We are proud to announce that Whole Foods Market is supporting us as an event sponsor. The San Diego Veg Festival is a celebration of plant-based foods and positive music. Speakers will hold discussions on an array of topics associated with healthy living and there will be many activities appropriate for all ages. The Veg Festival aims to foster a connection between the compassionate, veg-friendly living community. This year’s event will include a vegetarian and vegan focused night market as well as a live, entertainment program. The night market is a veg-friendly twist on the conventional tent-style night market, offering healthy foods made from plant-based oils and plant-based sources.
There will be some informative sessions where speakers traveling the West Coast will be sharing their expertise on how to live a healthy plant-based life.
The tentative schedule looks like the following:
Noon Opening Ceremony
12:20 pm – 5 pm Speakers & Select Veg Food Exhibitors
6-10 pm Night Market & Games, Live Entertainment
All of the products at the San Diego Veg Festival are veg-friendly. Tickets for the event are $10 online for every speaker and for entrance to the night market. Tickets are $15 at the door. Children under 12 are free!
