We will meet at Texas Rowing Center to get to know the group, gather equipment and hop on our SUPs! We will have a short warm-up on the docks of TRC and for those who are new to standup paddle boarding, we will have some time to paddle around a bit next to the dock to get a feel for it!
From there, we will paddle out onto Lady Bird Lake where we'll get a great view of the skyline and work on our balance on the boards! We have a nice little cove picked out for our yoga session where we will move through a fun and beginner-friendly yoga sequence! We can hop off the boards and cool down a bit on the hot days and experiment with fun and new yoga/SUP tricks!
After our yoga class, we can paddle around the lake, enjoy our time in the sun and head back to the docks for a soothing and refreshing cool-down flow and lovely savanna (final yoga pose/relaxation)!
Expect to have some fun and try new things in your practice!
