Yes Way Rosé! Pairing Cheese & Pink Wine

This is not your grandma's blush wine. Called rosé in France, rosado in Spain and rosato in Italy, these pink wines are dry, herbaceous, bright and rich - and are a match made in heaven with a broad range of springtime cheeses. Their range and complexity goes well beyond the expected. We'll match four cheese and pink wines in this class exploring both old-world and new-world pairings that are perfect for al fresco dining.

Come to "Yes Way Rosé" to learn the tasty basics of cheese and pink wine pairing; wine styles; cheese profiles; and how to differentiate between different types. We'll delve into the story behind each cheese, as well as give advice about selecting, serving, pairing, and more. You'll leave class with a full belly and a full brain - armed with all the info you'll need to navigate the cheese counter and recreate your favorite wine & cheese boards at home.

Tickets are $49 and require advanced purchase, as seats are limited to 16 attendees.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

All attendees must be 21+ years old and bring valid ID to the event.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Union Market is located at 1309 5th St, NE and is approximately a 15 minute walk northeast of the NoMa/Galludet/New York Ave metro stop on the red lines, as well as located three blocks north of the 90's bus lines. There is also free parking in the lot right in front of the market (accessible from 6th St).

What is the refund policy?

Due to the small size of our classes, we are unable to offer refunds or credit for cancellations. However, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to another name anytime prior to class day!

Can I update my registration information?

You can update your information anytime prior to the day of the event, including changing the name of the attendee.
