This is an intense 90 day group coaching program where we will meet once a week for 1 - 1.15' to talk about changing your habits one easy step at a time. The first class is on 10/9 and the following classes will be on every Wednesday for the following 11 weeks.
If you have ever done any type of group coaching you know just how powerful it can be when people participate with an open heart and learn from each other. Together, we create a judgment free zone where people feel safe expressing their issues while feeling totally supported and heard. Participants feel acknowledged for their participation in the program and for taking a step to better themselves on every level. Group coaching allows you to see that you're not the only one that has a certain issue.
I am committed to making this fun, and every week I give you homePLAY so you can find your own body hacks and do what works for you, not me or what anyone else says. The target here is to teach you how to listen to your body!
