A photographer and author who uses his art to explore cultural identity, Wing Young Huie spent a week in Naperville photographing residents of Chinese, Indian, and Japanese descent. A recent recipient of Minnesota's McKnight Distinguished Artists award, Huie will share his insights about his time in Naperville that resulted in the exhibit "ME=WE: A Community Portrait". The Making of ME=WE will be held in Century Memorial Chapel.
This event is free and open to the public. Reservations are required. Funded by the National Endowment for the Arts.
