Join us in celebration of the color and bounty of locally adapted corn, beans, and sqush. Dive deep into the Willamette Valley's winter bounty alongside farmers and chefs. Variety tastes, educational demos, and more! Live music by Caitlin Jemma and Joesph Hein!

(2/22) In order to make this event more inclusive, we've adjusted the ticketing format. Instead of two distinct sections and tickets, we will have one entry ticket to the event. A curated menu will be available for purchase from Marigold Pop-Up. No-host bar provided by Mac's at the Vet's Club. 

Variety Tastings (2:30-6:00pm)

• Taste locally-grown dry beans, corn, and winter squash varieties
• Connect with farmers who grow storage crops
• Buy seeds and find seed catalouges
• Learn squash butchery, nixtamal, and cooking dry bean 
• CSA sign-up table
• Raffle, live music, and more!

Dinner and Music (5:30-9:00pm)

Tentative Menu Items: 

• Blue Cornmeal Hushpuppies with Fermented Hot Sauce Aioli
• Chow Chow
• "Succotash Salad" Marinated beans, macerated shallot, local feta, blistered sweet corn and pepper vinaigrette
• Cajun Style Cassoulet, Laughing Stock farm Andouille, cornmeal bread crumbs, fennel front and garlic whistle relish
• Winter Squash Trifle, hubbard custard, candied pumpkin seeds, buttered popcorn ice cream and salted caramel
