FAQs
How do I get toThe Common Market Mid-Atlantic?
The Common Market Mid-Atlantic is located on 428 E. Erie Avenue in the Junita Park section of Philadelphia. Bus and subway transportation is available. Please call (215) 275-3435 ext. 1 if you need assistance with directions leading up to or on the day of the event.
Is there parking at The Common Market Mid-Atlantic?
Yes. Parking is available on both D and Erie streets. Please refrain from parking in the SPCA lot.
What should I wear?
This is a casual event — wear whatever makes you comfortable. However, if you plan to take part in the warehouse/cooler tour, your must wear close-toed shoes and prepare to remove jewelry in order to comply with food safety standards. We also recommend bringing a sweater or sweatshirt as the cooler can get a bit chilly!
Is this an open house style event, or must I arrive and stay for the length of the event?
The Vendor Fair format allows you to come and go as you please. We do schedule specific times to see our warehouse and to take part in our live cooking demo. These times are listed above.
Who can I bring to this event?
We encourage you to bring a friend -- anyone interested in regional, sustainable foods. We just ask that all those who plan to attend register by Thursday, 7/27 to allow for an accurate head count.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Please direct your questions to Jillian Dy at jillian@thecommonmarket.org.
