What is a ‘teeny conversation’? Emily Taylor, Principal of teenyBIG, and Amy DeVita, President of TopNonprofits and Virtual Summit for Nonprofit Changemakers invite an intimate group of smart nonprofit leaders to virtually discuss a topic that is relevant to audience engagement challenges organizations are facing today. These conversations are limited in size (Only 16!) but open to all and bring the lens of Emily’s expertise in human-centered design.
Who should attend? This event is for those who lead small nonprofit organizations or play a marketing or communication role (and probably several roles) within their organization and want to build more passionate audiences.

It will be summarized (referencing participants anonymously) and later published, potentially, in form of a podcast, blog post, or ebook for larger distribution to enable learning throughout the sector. Emily Taylor, the principal of teenyBIG, is passionate about helping nonprofits find better ways to engage the people who matter to them. She guides teams in stepping outside of their day-to-day work in order to create stronger connections with their audiences, turning lackluster followers into enthusiastic supporters.
Emily teaches organizations how to apply human-centered design, a process that re-evaluates the experience of a product or service’s end-user. She designs and facilitates workshops to help teams understand and expand the user experience and offers coaching packages to further guide that process.
