Some people prefer their cocktails stirred, and some prefer them shaken. But everyone likes their oysters shucked! Novela is in on the oyster action with our Stirred, Shaken, & Shucked Mondays. Join us every Monday as we shuck-to-order fresh oysters and serve them with house-made mignonettes. We encourage you to pair your oysters with a glass of bubbly or Belgian ale which will be featured on our menu!
