Come to The Mill to learn the tips and tricks of Josey Baker Bread style pizza. We at JBB want to give you a simple way to fit a more nutritious, delicious, whole grain sourdough za into your very busy (and successful) life! Or maybe you just want to impress a few friends and family with a made-from-scratch pizza. Maybe you've been making pizza for ages, and now you're wanting to take your pizza game to the next level?
This class is limited to 8 participants so each and every one of you will get plenty of attention and hands-on experience.
In this 2 hour class you will:
 learn the basics and a solid recipe for sourdough crust
 top and bake your very own personal pizza
 learn how to build an expertly balanced pizza
 learn top-secret tips that will help you get your home oven closer to a professional pizza
 oven
 drink some wine/beer (drinks available for purchase)
Participants will leave the class with:
 your own pizza screen for easy baking
 your own sourdough starter
 a copy of Josey Baker Bread (optional, additional $30 payable at class)
 freshly milled whole grain flours (optional, for purchase at class)
This class is non-refundable. If you're unable to attend the class you have registered for, please give us as much notice as possible by sending an email to class {at} joseybakerbread {dot} com. While we'll try our best to fill your spot, once you register for a class, you will not be refunded if you're unable to attend that class.Â
