Have you ever thought about becoming a vegetarian or wondered if a meal can be delicious without meat? If so, join us every Monday from October through December for Meatless Monday, the first installment of our Becoming a Vegetarian Series. We understand some may be hesitant to leave meat behind so we are taking baby steps by starting off with trying one day a week (or at least one meal) without meat.
We welcome all plant-walks of life and encourage our beloved carnivores to come and eat some veggies that'll make you wanna jump for joy!
Each class purchase includes all class materials, unlimited sampling, use of an official chef's apron for the duration of the class, light refreshments, big smiles, and a chance to meet fellow veg-eaters.
Parking can be tricky, but you can find us near the corner of Market and Letitia Streets. There is free parking (if you can find it) and metered parking nearby. We are also accessible via public transit.

Class Policies:
Doors open at 6 PM for snacking & mingling. Class begins at 6:30 PM
Classes are recommended for ages 16 and up.
Weather policy: If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund.
You must cancel within 3 days of a class to receive a refund.
A minimum of 5 is required to run a class and a maximum of 12 is allowed.
Walnuts and almonds may be included in some classes. If you have specific allergies, please let us know before you register.
