Train salsa on 2 technique with us in a once a month 80 min workshop intensive where you'll go through a variety of drills including body isolation warm ups, Afro-Cuban movement foundational steps, spinning technique, arm extensions, frame connection and more. All with the goal to help you gain a wider range of movement and skills to use as tools for self expression in your salsa.
✨SHINES WORKSHOP - 3:30-4:45pm✨
Salsa On 2 footwork sequence with Afro Cuban fusion that will help you improve your shines and increase your range in body movement. This may also include arm extension drills for styling technique including ladies styling.
✨PARTNERING WORKSHOP - 5-6:20pm✨
Salsa On 2 Partnering workshop where you'll get to learn intermediate on 2 partner-work sequences. You'll get to learn frame work and spinning techniques for smoother leads and connection with your partner.
ALL LEVELS are welcomed as workshops are designed to include a variety of challenges for all levels.

Our styling expression is non-binary + our partnering classes uses "lead" and "follow" to refer to partners in order to make our classes a safe and inclusive space for all!
