Will I have an assigned seat?

No, seating is first-come-first-served in the amphitheater. There will be overflow seating.


What are my parking options getting to the event?

Parking is NOT available at the New Research Building. The closest public parking garages are:

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, registration is transferrable. Please update the registration information in Eventbrite to match the name of the attendee (the name on the registration must match the attendee).


Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can update your registration information until 12am midnight EDT on Friday, June 22, 2018.


Do I have to bring proof of registration to the event?

No, you do not need to bring proof of registration or print a ticket. Your registration will be held under your name. Please plan to check in at the registration table when you arrive to pick up your badge and a program.


The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No, the name on the registration must match the attendee. Please update your registration information in Eventbrite to match the name of the attendee. If you have any questions, please email precisionmedicine@hms.harvard.edu.


Will there be overflow seating?

Yes, we will offer overflow seating this year. Seating in the main auditorium is first-come-first-served for the first 500 attendees. There will be overflow seating for an additional 100 attendees onsite in the Pechet Room in the NRB Conference Center.


If the event sells out, will there be a waiting list?

Yes, there will be a waitlist, and if any seats become available you will be notified.
