Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® Exam Preparation course

The Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® Exam Preparation course is a 21-hour weekend course that earns you 21 PDUs. You can take it in the classroom in the training center or virtually from any location in the US and abroad. This course is an excellent choice if you are seeking to:

1) enhance your career by gaining knowledge in Agile Project Management including Scrum practices, 2) have a faster and easier way to enter the Project Management Profession, 3) become a Scrum Master,  or  4) compliment your CAPM® or PMP® certification and have knowledge of both Waterfall (plan-driven) and Agile (change-driven) Project Management.

With this course you will earn the 21 hours of education in Agile Practices required to apply for the PMI-ACP® exam. If you already have a PMP® you will earn 21 PDUs toward your 60 PDU requirement. This course will cover topics including: 1) Agile Principles and Mindset, 2) The Agile Manifesto, 3) Agile Methodologies (i.e. Scrum, eXtreme Programming, Mind Map, Lean Software Development), 4) Value-Driven Delivery, 5) Project Justification and Chartering, 6) Benefit Measurement Methods, 7) Team Performance, 8) Adaptive Planning, 9) House of Cards and 10) Burn-Down Charts.

BTII Institute offers Job Search Support to Project Management Alumni. This includes invitations to Resume Writing and Interviewing workshops. In addition, upon completion of your certification exam you will be invited to attend our Speed recruiting events.
