Join us for our most popular fitness classes organized by MCA Wellness Committee. New evening hours are now available!

*You May choose more than one class schedule
Registration Fees: $120 for 08 classes (Per Class Schedule)

Essentials to bring - Pilates mat, grippy socks, reusable water bottle, proper sneakers, loads of excitement and a great attitude!

*No babysitting will be provided
*For Ages 16+ (Participants below 18 years of age should be accompanied by a parent/guardian or bring a signed copy of parent’s consent form)
