Do children require a ticket?

Yes, children 2 years old and above require a paid ticket. Must check-in with parent/guardian.
Are tickets refundable?

No, tickets are not refundable. Should your attendance to the event change, please contact your upline MD/SVP.
What do I need at registration check-in?

A Physical Photo ID must be presented. Attendee registration ticket may be digital or printed, tickets are emailed to all attendees. Name on Photo ID & ticket must match.
How do I get access to floor seating?

Floor seating is dedicated for qualifiers. Only main qualifier and spouse/partner may receive access. Additional guests, family members or children are not allowed.
Can I replace my lost event badge?

Replacement of lost event badges are not available. Please keep badge safely for the remainder of the event.
