Grand Taste Saturday, October 14, 2 - 6 p.m.
Park & Palate, Klyde Warren Park’s signature fundraiser, will feature a who’s who of Texas' most acclaimed chefs + trending chefs from around the country, including Chef Richard Ruskell, Kent Rathbun, Jason Dady, and many more. Park & Palate will also showcase the finest wineries, breweries and spirits from across the globe curated by master sommelier Drew Hendricks of Republic National Distributing Company.
Now in its third year, the theme for the 2017 event is Pillars and Protégés - each invited chef will select either a mentor or mentee to help them create a unique dish for the weekend. You won't find collaborative dishes like these anywhere else!
