Teetotalers? Women’s temperance? Not these ladies. Support the mission of New Century Trust while learning to make drinks our foremothers drank. Learn the fundamentals of bartending using authentic bar tools and sip on some pre-Prohibition era cocktails.

With more than a decade of bartending experience under her belt, Summer Willow founded her “Night In” series to spread her love of cocktails throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding area. During each event, she shares her knowledge and passion with a small group of students, incorporating mixing and pouring techniques as well as taste testing.
