In 1840s New Orleans, cotton is king and money flows freely along the Mighty Mississippi. But all is not as it seems. Different factions of society battle for control of the city. Do your loyalties lie with the elegant Creoles, the seductive vampires, the roguish vagabonds, the adventurous pirates, or the mysterious voodoo practitioners? Choose wisely, because in this interactive thriller, you are in control, and one wrong move could spell disaster.

Why do I need to sign a waiver?

It's 1840s New Orleans...things can get a little out of hand!

Can I touch people? Will I be touched?

Touch is an integral part of the interactive experience. However, inappropriate behavior will be grounds for expulsion with no refund. You will not be manhandled or forced to participate in any way.

How much am I required to participate in this experience?

As is true with any interactive show, the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it. You are free to make up a new name, a new occupation, even a new country of origin (remember to stick to things that existed in the 1840s!) You can interrogate characters, search the entire space for clues, complete puzzles, form alliances, betray people...in short, this is your world for the duration of the experience. However, you may also choose not to participate at all, and simply observe. You determine your own comfort level...but remember that the decision not to participate is still a choice that may have an impact on the course of the evening.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Stonewall requires all patrons to be at least 21 years of age. You must have proper ID!!

Is alcohol allowed?

We're in a tavern, so yes! The cash bar is available throughout the event...be sure to tip your bartender! No outside beverages are allowed inside.

What's the smoking policy?

Due to close proximity to costumes and possible brawling, no smoking is permitted during the show.

Are tickets available at the door?

No, but you can purchase them here until 15 minutes before show time...or until we reach capacity.

What's the refund policy?

No refunds unless we cancel the show, but we will do our best to accommodate date changes. Email us for help.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, as long as you can bring it up on your phone.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. Simply click on the edit information button on your registration page.

Is my ticket transferrable?

Up to 24 hours before your scheduled performance, you can switch your tickets to a different date (as long as the new show date is not yet at capacity). For extreme emergencies that fall within the 24-hour window, email us for assistance. If you want to transfer your ticket to a different person, edit the name and information on your registration page.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No, all changes must be done in advance. We like to know who is visiting....
