MCA Eid Al Adha - Vendor Registration


Event Date: June 22, 2024
Time: 5pm - 10pm
Location: 3003 Scott Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95054
Expected Attendance: 5000+



Prerequisites: 
  1. Must have Business Permit of Santa Clara County
  2. Must have insurance certificate

Safety Rules:
  1. Food truck must arrive before 4pm. No exceptions will be made. If you arrive after 4pm, you will not be allowed to enter and MCA will not refund vendor fee.
  2. No vehicle can go in and out during festival, so if you need anything it has to be hand delivered. 
  3. No truck can be kept running during festival time.
  4. If you are out of food or need to leave you MUST talk to person in charge and let them escort you.
Service Rules:
  1. Food should be fresh, delivered hot and HALAL.
  2. Food quality goes long way, if there are complaints, person in charge can ask you to drop the item from menu.
  3. *** Wait time cannot exceed 15-20 mins. You have to stop taking orders if you cannot meet wait time threshold.
  4. Suggestion: Have limited menu that can be served in reasonable time.
  5. Have enough staff to manage inside and outside of food truck.
  6. Should have buzzers as there is too much crowd and noise to hear your voice.

MCA will add / update some of these rules and communicate to selected vendors.
