It has been said that we hold our issues in our tissues. Stress, anxiety, sadness, depression, embarrassment – all of these emotions have a physiological component and, when we experience a lot of them, they can leave us feeling physically (and emotionally) out of balance. People over time have found different ways that can help us regulate our emotions. As we calm our bodies, we also calm our minds.

Speaker - Madan Panathula
Madan Panathula, Senior Partner (Talent Development) at Adobe. An alumnus of S P Jain School of Global Management, he has ten years of international experience in South East Asia, the Middle East, Europe & East Africa across various industries including IT, EPC, Oil & Gas Exploration, Mining, and Logistics.
He closely follows HR tech trends like Gamification and Micro-Learning and leverages them to solve business problems associated with the needs of Gen Y & Millennial learners.
Speaker - Nicky Ellison
Nicky Ellison, Director of Talent Acquisition, AT&T, manages a team of Talent Acquisition Managers who support the MidMarkets and Enterprise Markets Organizations. The team is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring the right talent for the position that puts them and the company in the best position to succeed. In addition, her team supports the AT&T B2B Sales Development Program hiring efforts. The program caters to graduating college students and recent alumni who have a desire to further develop their sales skills and matriculate into the sales teams for the long term. She and her team were responsible for approximately 5K hires into sales, non-sales, cybersecurity, product marketing, and technical roles.

Manoj Balachandran, Heads the CSR Function for IBM India and South Asia. As part of his responsibilities, he leads all the CSR programs and initiatives across IBM India and South Asia – including the award-winning STEM for Girls Program and the ‘AI for CBSE’ engagements which have won many laurels from the industry.
