LoWERCASE BREWERS DINNER!

Greetings All!!

Chef Zach & Erwin have been a bit restless lately and have been playing in the kitchen cooking up a storm and realized it's been quite some time since they hosted a brewers dinner.

That being said, we are happy to partner with a
LoWER CASE BREWING to offer an AWESOME 5 course dinner and beer pairing.

This will be a great evening to meet some people that share the same passion of great food and beer, sample some tasty brews and enjoy some creative grup outside our normal pub menu.

FEATURED BREWERS MENU
Tempura Fried Squash Blossoms
Stuffed with herb goat cheese, roasted jalapeno, candied bacon, Lowercase Summer sHANDY battered and fried, Washington cherry coulis.

Paired with,
Lowercase Summer sHANDY- house made carbonated lemonade mixed with Lowercase Lager.

Grilled Pacific Octopus Salad
Watercress, Italian parsley, pickled shallots, watermelon radish, Lowercase wITBIER Vinaigrette

Paired with,
Lowercase wITBIER- A special Belgian brew specifically produced for the grand opening of the new Georgetown Taproom. A hit of spice and clove with highly carbonated bite to match.

Jumbo Prawn and Beer Kissed Cheese Grits
Grilled jumbo prawn, spiced butter, sharp white cheddar, Lowercase mEXICAN Lager

Paired with,
Michelada made with Lowercase mEXICAN Lager- inspired by neighborhood diversity (South Park, Seattle). Brewed in the style of Vienna lager, larger yeast that performs at warmer temperatures, resulting in a light crisp lager.

INTERMEZZO: Coconut Sorbet

Painted Hills Beef Short Ribs
Slow braised in Lowercase eSB, cauliflower mash, wild mushrooms, Lowercase eSB beer reduction sauce

Paired with,
Lowercase eSB- Extra Special/Extra Strong! English style ESB combines a Marris Otter base with extraordinary hop undertones. This easy drinking beer has a nice ruby color and great, almost liquorish hop finish thanks to a combination of domestic and imported hops.

Pear Fritter with Molly Moon Vanilla A la Mode
Topped with Lowercase bROWN Ale chocolate sauce

Paired with,
Lowercase bROWN Ale- A true Northwest original combining beer and coffee. A combination of toasted malts, Northern Brewer hops and cold-brewed Guatemalan coffee to create a truly unique brew. Coffee & Beer, hell yeah!!!
