Whether listening to a life partner or someone on the other end of the political spectrum, listening skills are essential for communicating, understanding, healing old wounds, and creating new bonds.
It also gets more difficult when that person or issue is closer to you. How do we ensure that we are present and clear of our own reactions when those people need our help?
In this workshop, I will lead you through activities designed to help you master listening in a way that leaves the other person feeling heard and understood. From there, you can craft a partnership built on respect and trust.
Zoom conference link will be provided upon registration.
