LeanIn.Org Open Circle Meeting

As the global community is dealing with containing the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us are experiencing real changes in our day-to-day lives, as we adjust to the new normal.

Some members of our community are dealing with much deeper hardships. They’re on the frontlines of this crisis as emergency care workers. They’re immunocompromised and deeply afraid for their health. They have lost their jobs and are worried about paying their bills. They are experiencing domestic abuse. Some have lost loved ones. These issues are real – and it’s painful to think about how many women in our community are impacted by one or more of them. As much as all of us want to, there isn’t much we can do to change the state of things, but we can be here for each other in small ways that matter. We can share coping strategies, and we can celebrate each other’s resilience.

In that spirit, we at LeanIn.Org want to create the space to do this and to share the power of virtual Lean In Circles with you all, through a series of open events for our global community. This virtual Circles series is designed to be in addition to any Circles you currently run or are a member of - another opportunity for our community to come together and be there for each other.

During each session, we will utilize a different discussion guide to support the conversations but the main focus will be on providing you all with space to connect with others. We will share the relevant discussion guide with attendees at least 5 days before each slot.
