Join representatives from the Texas Regional United States Patent and Trademark Office in collaboration with the Dallas Public Library Patent & Trademark Resource Center (PTRC) for a Sunday afternoon of STEM activities, intellectual property (IP) education, and musical innovation!

Wolf/Bear and Webelos in the Cub Scouts will have the opportunity to take part in the Engineer AdventureBrowniesand Juniors in the Girl Scouts will have the opportunity to earn their IP Patch. Learn how to protect ideas through this Introduction to IP program that includes hands-on activities, patent searches and the James West Rubber Band Kazoo Challenge engineering exploration activity.

The Library has an underground parking garage with an entrance that is located on the Wood Street side of the building. The event will be held on the 7th Floor O'Hara Room.

The event is free to all participants, but registration is limited. Parents and troop leaders are welcome to join and participate.
