Join us in enjoying the outdoors for the 5th installment of our series!

Let the natural harmony of the outdoors expand and deepen your yoga practice! Join us as we explore Cedar Ridge Preserve! Yoga and Hiking offers the ideal combination of spectacular sights and soul-soothing rejuvenation. Allow yourself to be energized by fresh air, glinting sunlight, and rustling leaves during yoga in the outdoors.

$20 covers: your suggested entrance fee to the park, an hour-long yoga class, a donation to the Audobon Dallas group (who take care of the park), plus a group hike on one of Cedar Ridge's gorgeous trails!

Be sure to bring your mat, sunscreen, bug spray, plenty of water, a camera, and a smile!

The trail we are taking has some moderate inclines and slopes!

Be sure to wear adequate shoes with traction (preferably hiking boots)!

You can pay in-person at the Arlington Yoga Center with cash/credit/check
