Everyone wants to be happy all the time, but often our past comes back to obstruct our present happiness. Buddha taught the main obstacle to making progress in the spiritual path is negative karma and the main cause of our suffering is our negative actions from the past. In this course, we will receive instructions on how to remove obstacles from our mind quickly  – leaving us refreshed, clean, and happy.

Taught by Resident Teacher, Gen Tenzin.

Sunday Schedule:
10:30am-11:30am
12:30-1:30pm
3:00-4:00pm
5:00-6:00pm

Cost: $5/session or $15/all four.

All sessions are unique and self-contained. Feel free to join any session.

Everyone is welcome.

This course will be followed by four days of retreat (included in the cost of the course):
Tues Oct 30th – Fri, Nov 2nd: 7:00-8:15am, 12:00-1:15pm, and 5:15-6:30pm
