Description - Unique and Intelligent Exercise method based on Yoga , Tai-chi, & Dance.

The GYROKINESIS method is a movement that works entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic flowing movement sequence. The class starts with gentle warm up on the chair, continuing to the exercises on the floor that expand on the spinal motions, strengthen core, and balance the function and energy of body. The class ends with calming unwinding sequence designed to prepare the body and mind to reintegrate with the everyday world. Yoga mat and chair are provided. Please wear something easy to move with. No shoes.

Offered at 9:00am Tuesdays and Thursdays ongoing. A ticket or package can be used for any available Tuesday or Saturday class. Package tickets do not have to be used consecutively. Classes may not occur on Holidays or because of heavy snow.
