Hi everyone, I am SO excited about this class!
First we'll go to the grocery store and cover fruit and produce, fish, and chicken, then we'll head back here to do a food prep class for BREAKFAST!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it sets the tone for the rest of your day. We'll talk about the best breakfast options and why as well as an easy way to prepare breakfast ahead of time for you and your family.
If you follow a Keto or Paleo lifestyle, all foods are compliant, if you don't, this is a great opportunity to explore what's available to you!
Here's what's on the menu:
- Bulletproof coffee with butter or coconut cream
- Taquitos with your choice of: bacon, tomato sauce or mushrooms and shallots
- Shakshuka (eggs poached in tomato sauce with spices)
- Frittata
By the way, these foods are versatile, easy to prepare, nutrient dense and just plain delicious. They are not only for breakfast, but for any meal!
The grocery tour is from 9,30 am to 11 am then we come to my home around 12 noon and do food prep for breakfast about 1.5 - 2 hrs. This will be a cooking demo class. I live about 20 minutes from the grocery store.
