Dave Diggins, Chef and Owner of Tre Forni, an authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizzeria in South Durham, has perfected the art of gluten-free dough and is ready to share his pro tips and tricks for creating delicous Nepolian pizza - the gluten-free way!

During this fun and informative interactive class, learn about the Neapolitan philosophy and tequnique; sample and learn where the best ingredients are sourced, and how to replicate classic Neapolitan pizza at home (where you probaby don't have a large wood-fired oven to work with). Of course, you will get to enjoy eating the finished product as well!
