Official GO GO Dancer of the NYC Underground Wants To Keep Us Moving With Her Instagram Live GO GO Dance Class. Anna Copa Cabanna is offering a great way to have fun, stay in shape and dance it out during these days of quarantine with her 1960s Go Go Master Class Cardio Workout on Instagram LIVE. Tune in to Anna’s Instagram account (@annacopacabanna) every Tuesday 230pm EST and Friday 630pm EST to rock out to some great 60’s music and learn some new “old” moves, while staying active and having some fun all from the comfort of your living room.

Dancing is so good for the mind, body and spirit. Right now we all need to stay creative, healthy and connected, and what better way then giving people a fun workout! We get to listen to great tunes, and sweat it out together, while staying apart.

Anna Copa Cabanna spent 10 years shimmying and go go-ing on the bar of NYC’s Lower East Side rock and roll mecca Motor City Bar. She has shared the stage and danced for the likes of Kid Congo Powers (The Cramps), Jon Spencer, Gibby Haynes (Butthole Surfers), Lenny Kaye (Patti Smith), and Andrew WK, to Josh Styles (Daddy Long Legs), Tommy Ramone and The Pixies. Anna’s special brand of vintage go-go dancing, and extravagant outfits/choreography has been featured at diverse venues across NYC including Joe’s Pub, and Lincoln Center in addition to mod parties in Switzerland, Spain Germany, Italy, Australia and many more.
