Due to the overwhelming demand to pitch at our last event in Orange County, we're throwing an exclusive PitchFest speed dating event where every company in the room will have an opportunity to pitch!
FundingPost has hosted 400+ sold-out venture events in 24 cities over the past 18 years.
OK here's how its gonna work! We will be accommodating any companies who wish to pitch at this pitch competition.
Upon arriving to the event, we will give you a letter and number (for example 4B) which will signify which group of investors you will pitch to in the first round.
We will kick off the event with an Investor Panel, discussing early-stage investing and what investors want to hear in a pitch.
After the panel discussion, you will make your way over to your respective group and give your 2 minute elevator pitch (no sides). The investors will vote and take notes on each company and select a winner within your group.
We will then take a 20 minute break and serve refreshments and cocktails.
The winner of each group will then move on to the final round in which each of those companies will give a 2 minute pitch to all the investors in the room, with 2 minutes of Q&A following the pitch. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will then be announced during networking and cocktail hour!
There will be plenty of time for networking with the Investor panelists, both before the panel & after the panel at the Cocktail Party!

Additionally, there will be an Optional Pitching Workshop Lunch from 12pm-3pm (Only 14 slots open). The cost to participate will be $350. This Lunch Workshop includes the $75 ticket to the event. During this workshop we will completely deconstruct your elevator pitch, and work with you on formulating a clean and concise 2 minute elevator pitch giving the important information that investors NEED to hear to make an educated decision on your company! Then you get to give your new Elevator Pitch in person to the Panel of Investors during the event! There are only 15 spaces left in the Workshop.
