Farm to Fork Tasting Menu Dinner

A limited seating six course tasting menu with accompanying wines, featuring ingredients sourced from seasonally available produce from organic and better farms.
The event is timed so the illuminated art in the gallery will slowly come alive during the meal.

The menu may change according to availability at the local farmer markets.

Heirloom Tomato Salad with Texas Extra Virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, sea salt and chef made chevre

Carrot and Ginger Soup

Peach Sorbet made with Texas peaches

Pork Tenderloin from Harrison Hog Farm
roasted with heirloom garlic and rosemary served with a yogurt based peppercorn sauce
turmeric Texmati rice, and sauteéed sweet potato leaves

Crème Brûlée
made with local farm eggs, turbinado sugar, cream from local grassfed cows and fired at the table.
