Under normal times, you'd be catching Dewayne and the Dewayne Oakley Blues Ensemble at over forty farmers’ markets throughout the Bay Area, or at jazz/blues events, clubs, and receptions.
But these aren't normal times. All of Dewayne's musical performances for March, April, May, and June have been cancelled. He has no other work: no side hustle, no other gigs, no part-time job.
