David Stevens is running in the March 20 primary for Circuit Court Judge for the 18th Judicial Circuit to fill the vacancy of the Hon. Blanche Hill Fawell.  It is a county-wide election that includes all of DuPage County.  David has a broad range of experience.  He is both a former prosecutor and public defender and currently runs a successful practice handling criminal defense, family law, personal injury and a variety of civil law cases such as collections, real estate, employment and landlord tenant cases. He has represented children as a Guardian Ad Litem, as well as represented victims of violence who need to obtain orders of protection.  He also volunteers in community and charitable activities. 

The majority of David's work has been in DuPage County but he has also appeared in 40 different courthouses all across Northern Illinois before hundreds of judges.  He has excellent trial experience - he has conducted over 120 trials including 25 jury trials and thousands of hearings covering a multitude of legal issues.    

David has the experience, knowledge and demeanor to be an excellent judge.  Please come out and support his campaign.  All tickets include lunch buffet and tea.
