Healthy Hispanic Dishes Cooking class will prepare you to make your very own fresh sofrito and a healthier version of a traditional 'Fricassee de Pollo', Chicken Fricassee.
The class includes all ingredients and 2 and half hours of hands on cooking instruction. Guest will take home, fresh made sofrito, printed recipes and a Living & Aging Well nutritional guide.
Space is limited to groups of 10 guest. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. Thank you!
