This is a resource, education, and support group for anyone who is living with chronic illness or pain. Caregivers are welcome as well. We will focus on sharing stories and resources. Dana will provide information about accessible and realistic solutions through nutrition, lifestyle, stress reduction, and social connection. The group is facilitated by certified Functional Medicine Health Coach and Health Care Advocate Dana L. Barron, PhD, CHC, FDN (www.healingpathcoaching.com). Meetings will be kept small with the goal of creating a consistent group to meet once or twice per month.
