Work and life muse Giulietta “Julie” Nardone will lead a business clinic, “Transform Your Business From Floundering to Flourishing,” at the Backstage Dance Center, 300 Eliot St., Ledgemere Plaza, Ashland, Mass., on Friday, Sept. 30, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
“The mind shift I propose for business success is simple, sincere and sensational,” Nardone said.
Reading a book published during The Great Depression, she came across information that changed her life. “I’d read a lot of ‘self help’ business books that weren’t all that helpful to my ‘self’ because they were not powerful enough to break the deceptive patterns I’d learned prior to opening my own business,” she said. “This book was different. It contained a sentence that changed my attitude the instant I read it. I took that sentence and grew it into an inspirational program for business owners.”
The clinic is limited to 10. Participants will leave with a better understanding of why so many small businesses fail within five years and how they can increase their own odds of success. Each attendee will be invited to join a follow-up group conference call two weeks after the program ends. A recording will be distributed to all participants.
Pre-register by calling Nardone at 508-380-8799 or visiting http://giuliettathemuse.com/life-shops/transform-your-business-from-floundering-to-flourishing/.
“It’s important for business owners to reinforce the business mindset once it is learned. I want participants to check in with each other to ensure they’re putting their newly acquired knowledge into action,” Nardone said.
Nardone has been leading clinics and life shops since 2006. She owns two businesses: Fearless Design, which specializes in branding and graphic design, and Giulietta The Muse, a creativity and imagination think tank. She is currently a co-facilitator for the Network of Enterprising Women based in Hopkinton.
