Bloomy Rinds and Bubbly Wines (A BYOB Class)

Brie lovers rejoice! The Bloomy Rinds and Bubbly Wines class is back and will feature seven different bries, camemberts, and soft-ripened cheeses that pair best with bubbles. The class will be BYOB, with bottles available for purchase in our shop, or you can bring your favorite bubbly wine to class. We will guide you through a tasting of all seven cheeses, in many different styles, all accompanied by nuts and Easy Tiger bread for palate cleansers. We'll also bring out a number of additional pairings like strawberry jam, dark chocolate, or honeycomb, depending on that evening's cheese selection. (Please note that, should you wish to enjoy wine pairings, bottles will need to be purchased separately in the Cheese Shop prior to class).

A couple RSVP reminders: Each class is $45 plus fees. Once you click to purchase tickets, you will only have 5 minutes to complete your order. To pay with a gift card, call our events department at 512-531-9610 ext. 3 with your card number and pin number. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates. You will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite (Note: Help us go green! Only print this email if absolutely necessary). We allow individuals to purchase up to 4 seats; please note we can only guarantee seating for parties of 4 or less. (If your party is larger, contact us for information on private parties and tastings!) If you're unable to purchase one or more tickets, that means they are sold out. Please sign up for our waitlist (once per person); we are often able to accommodate guests off this list. Lastly, remember that you can come into the Cheese Shop anytime and taste cheese for free.
