Black Box Session: WOW!

Plywood People is hosting our third Black Box Session of the year. Black Box Sessions are intimate gatherings where we explore a topic as a community. This is an opportunity to connect with Plywood People and to learn from local voices on topics that are shaping our work for social good.

The topic of our upcoming Session is "WOW!" What does it look like to go above and beyond in our customer service and to create experiences that truly WOW the people who are involved with and invested in our projects. WOW-ing our customers requires that we push past laziness to bring truly remarkable work into the world. Session's speakers will share with us their tools and tips for doing just that!
