Community Yoga at Sleep Bedder was created with the intention of fostering self-healing through yoga asana for anyone with the desire to practice.
Three times a week we hold space to host intimate, all-levels appropriate (beginner friendly) yoga asana sessions, with extra focus on a healthy back and calm nervous system.
Our small class sizes ensure that the instructor is able to have eyes and hands on anyone needing help customizing their practice to ensure the most optimal and safest experience possible
Tuesday at 7:30pm is a gentle vinyasa flow with Samira Moosavi
Thursday at 7:30pm is a yin/restorative practice with reiki, led by Rob Nguyen.
Wednesday at 9am is a gentle hatha session with meditation and crystal bowls faciliated by Amanda LaLonde.
2 student minimum – 8 students max
