Barista Basics: Pulling Espresso & Steaming Milk

Due to overwhelming demand, we are bringing back this class focused on pulling stellar shots, steaming perfect milk and creating the ultimate lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks.

We will be inviting you behind the scenes into our lab where roasting, tasting, experimenting and training take place to bring you in on the latest trends and in an depth understanding of the barista craft. The result of this class is that you will understand how to tie together all of the variables to pull the perfect shot of espresso and steam the ideal milk for the drink of your choice. This class is designed to accommodate those who are new to the craft as well as those who want to take the first step in getting serious about the skill level required to enter the professional barista community. The content of this class is the same material we begin with in the training of our own baristas behind the bar at Ipsento.
