Bare Bones Presents: East Vs West

Did you know April is North Carolina Beer Month? We’re celebrating the occasion with a special four course beer dinner on April 24th. Each course features a version of Eastern and Western NC BBQ and will be paired with a local beer from Deep River Brewing Company.

This unique dinner has an all-inclusive price of $50, which takes care of your entire dining experience. So that’s four courses + beverage pairings + tax and gratuity!

Brussels Sprouts, Smoked Apple Puree and Bacon Jus

Pork “Tamale”
chorizo spiced pork shoulder with Geechie Boy Blue Corn Grits, roasted pimento salsa roja and pickled vegetables

3rd Course

Vinegar and Ketchup Sauce

East:

Glazed Chinese Style Pork Rib
with eastern Carolina glaze, charred bok choy and crispy rice

West:

Smoked Beef Short Rib
with Carolina “mop”, celery root puree and crispy vegetables

4th Course

Sweet Potatoes and Pecans

Old Fashioned Sweet Potato Doughnut
with purple sweet potato ice cream and white sweet potato salted caramel

West:

Chocolate Pecan Turnover
with smoked pecan wood bourbon cream sauce
