The ancient science of wellness known as Ayurveda has much to offer. And it can get complex and overwhelming very quickly. In this quarterly series, Rebekah takes key aspects of the practice and weaves them together with more modern concepts for healthy lifestyles to makes them accessible and relevant for her clients. To celebrate the solstice and prepare for winter, join Rebekah on Wellness Wednesday to learn about Ayurveda, its importance in maintaining optimal daily and seasonal rituals, and develop tools to transition mindfully from autumn to winter.
You will understand key aspects of Ayurveda and how to apply this ancient wellness system to modern life for optimal health during the winter season.
