5th Annual Star & Shield Foundation OKTOBERFEST!

Oktoberfest is at hand and you're invited to celebrate in style! Enjoy craft beer from Angel City Brewery, exotic grilled sausage from Wurstküche and an afternoon of fun in the heart of downtown LA's Art District. The event is hosted by the L.A. County Professional Peace Officers Association (PPOA). Proceeds benefit the Star & Shield Foundation, a 501(c)3 charitable organization established by PPOA members in order to support the families of fallen officers and other worthy causes.

We had a blast in years past and this year we're excited to host the event in a new location: Angel City Brewery — a true leader in the LA craft beer scene! Per tradition, this event will be packed with fun, including multiple contests conducted by our friendly Oktoberfest damsels. Join us for a great time and a great cause!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please bring your printed ticket to the event. It makes the system go much faster.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

The name does not need to match the name on the ticket BUT once a ticket is used it will be void and not be able to be used again.
