The line-up includes Atheer Yacoub, Sabeen Sadiq, Jasmyn Carter, Mina Q, and Soo Ra.
- Atheer Yacoub: Atheer Yacoub is a New York based comedian and writer, whose comedy is inspired by her Palestinian-Muslim upbringing in Alabama. Atheer recently released a half-hour special for Comedy Central Arabia and has been on AXSTV's Gotham Comedy Live. Atheer has written for the Emmy Award Winning channel BRIC TV on The Breakdown and Passport Control. She also co-hosts The No Fly List podcast which features funny conversations with other comedians, artists, and interesting people of color. She has been featured in numerous comedy festivals and tours domestically and internationally.Â
- Sabeen Sadiq: Sabeen Sadiq’s comedy has been described as whimsically honest and even “I didn't think she'd talk about that” with topics ranging from her Muslim upbringing and family dysfunction, to being related to white people (surprise!!). When she’s not changing windshield wipers for an Autozone ad, she tours nationally with “Wallah She’s Funny” featuring Zainab Johnson. She has been on the college circuit having performed for Stanford, UIC, and Western Michigan University.
- Jasymn Carter:Â Jasmyn Carter is originally from Cleveland, OH. She is 1/2 of the Scissor Sisters Comedy Duo. She has toured clubs all over the US and just released her special, "Too Much Head," on Amazon. You can also find her online comedy sketches on #jasdaddyvideos.
- Mina Q:Â Mina Q. is a comedian, writer, and actor from Atlanta, GA. She is best known for her original online content that includes a vast array of characters. She is the other 1/2 of the Scissor Sisters Comedy Duo. In addition to stand-up, she is the co-creator, writer and star of of the web-series "Chicken & Chocolate." She's also been featured on the popular TV show "Laff Mobb's Laugh Tracks." She currently resides in Los Angeles.
- Soo Ra: Soo Ra is an unsolved mystery. Adopted when she was 1, she has filled in the holes of her story with jokes about her life before America. She has been featured on a random assortment of internet outlets such as WorldStar Hip Hop, Fusion Network & BuzzFeed. She started comedy in Miami and currently lives in NYC. Started from the bottom (of the U.S.A.), now she's here.
