MTV Video Music Awards Open Voting to Fans

The MTV Video Music Awards will premiere live at Madison Square Garden on Sunday August 28 at 9PM. Adele, and Beyoncé are leading in nominations for the 2016 awards.


Beyoncé currently has 11 for Lemonade while Adele is right behind her with 8. Drake is also looking at 6 nominations and RI RI trailing behind with 4.


The entire list is available to the public and fans can now vote for the video of the year, as well as best male and female video at vma.mtv.com. You can also vote for Best New Artist, which will stay open through the VMAs pre-show. Fans can also cast their votes for the category on Facebook Messenger starting Aug. 15.
